Just off of XuangShi Road, behind the Taiwan Water Corporation's downtown headquarters, is a white building that attracts a lot of residents' attention. Around noon each day, you will find many cars parked nearby, as if taking part in some kind of ceremony. In fact, their owners are all at Forest 1935. Calling this newly re-opened place a mere cafe or restaurant simply does not do it justice. Formerly the headquarters of BCC Radio
